Privacy Notice

This notice explains what we collect through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What you send us
When you complete one of our enquiry forms we receive what you type: your name, the details of your business or organization, your contact details, and whatever you choose to tell us in the message fields. We also record which form you used, the date and time, the language you were reading in, and any campaign or referral parameters in the link you arrived through.
Registrations for Tasriha and the salon pilot
Registrations made on tasriha.com (early access for customers) and on this website (salons interested in the pilot) are kept in the same system as other enquiries, managed by the Tasriha Business team. For each one we also record the wording of the consent you agreed to and when, whether you separately agreed to receive news and offers, which site and page you registered on, and how you reached it. If you register more than once we keep each submission and note that they belong together; we do not merge them. After a conversation with a salon, our team may add notes about its readiness for the pilot. Registering does not create an account of any kind.
Who handles it for us
This website and the records described here are hosted by service providers acting on our instructions: Vercel (website hosting), Neon (database) and Resend (email delivery). Their infrastructure may be located outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. They process the data only to provide those services to us.
What we record when you browse
We run our own measurement rather than handing your visit to an advertising network. For each page you open we record the address of the page, its title, the page you arrived from, the language you are reading in, your approximate location, your device type, browser and operating system, how long the page stayed open, and your IP address. These are grouped into a visit, and visits are linked to a returning-visitor identifier so we can tell a first visit from a fifth. If you then send an enquiry, we link it to that visit so we know which routes to our site actually bring people to us.
Why we collect it
Enquiry details are used to answer you and, if it leads somewhere, to continue the conversation. Browsing records are used to understand how the site is used and which sources bring genuine interest, so we can improve the site and spend effort where it works. We do not sell either, we do not share them with third parties for their own purposes, and we do not use them to target advertising to you anywhere else.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for financial details, identification numbers or any sensitive personal information through this website. Please do not send them to us here. Our forms ask for ranges rather than exact figures on purpose. We do not track you across other websites, and nothing on this site is shared with an advertising network.
Cookies
We set two cookies, both our own, and neither readable by any script running in the page. One identifies your browser so that repeat visits are recognised as the same visitor; it lasts two years. The other marks the current visit and lapses after thirty minutes of inactivity. A third remembers whether you chose English or Arabic. We set no advertising cookies and no third-party cookies. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not record your browsing at all.
How long we keep it
IP addresses are deleted automatically 90 days after the visit; the rest of the visit record survives without them. Visit and page records are deleted outright after 400 days. Enquiries and registrations are kept for as long as they remain commercially relevant and removed when they are not; one that is closed without going further can be removed at any time, and is removed on request. The visit periods run automatically, not on request.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — including a registration or enquiry, and your browsing history on this site, which we can erase on request. If you agreed to receive news and offers, you can withdraw that at any time without affecting your registration. Turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser stops us recording your visits from that point on. Clearing this site's cookies makes your next visit a new one to us.
