This notice explains what we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is deliberately short, because we deliberately collect very little.
What we collect
Only what you type into one of our enquiry forms: your name, the details of your business or organization, your contact details, and whatever you choose to tell us in the message fields. We also record the form you used, the date and time, the language you were browsing in, and — where present — the campaign or referral parameters in the link you arrived through.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to continue the conversation with you. We do not use enquiry details for anything else, and we do not sell or share them with third parties for their own purposes.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for financial details, identification numbers or any sensitive personal information through this website. Please do not send them to us here. Our forms ask for ranges rather than exact figures on purpose.
Analytics
We measure how the site is used at an aggregate level — how many people visit, which language they read in, and which pages and enquiry routes they use. This is done through a privacy-conscious analytics service that does not use advertising cookies, does not build a profile of you, and does not track you across other websites.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as they remain commercially relevant, and removed when they are not. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at the address below and we will deal with it.
